Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During high-volume times, please allow a little extra care. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping (US): $4.99

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays, theft, or misdelivery. If tracking says delivered and you haven’t received it, check with your local post office or neighbors first. Still no luck? Reach out to us at info@mycrobrew.com

Returns

Rituals take time—so we stand behind every sip.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened items.

Unopened Products

Returns of unopened products are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Product must be in original packaging and condition

  • Contact us first at info@mycrobrew.com with your order number

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Email us within 5 days of delivery with photos if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. We’ll make it right—whether that means a full refund or a replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email confirmation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
